Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped from St. Louis, MO, and typically arrive within 5-7 business days or less.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping via USPS within the USA. No minimum purchase is required.

International Shipping: We ship to Canada and other countries outside the USA at a flat rate of $30.

Tracking Your Shipment: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your shipments and see your purchase history from your “My Account” dashboard.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Late Deliveries: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thebirdybabe@thebirdybabe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to make changes to your address after your order has been placed, contact us immediately at thebirdybabe@thebirdybabe.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
